One of South Australia’s leading land developers has unveiled plans for an exclusive new housing estate overlooking the northern suburbs.

ADC General Manager, Ian Marker, said the company expects the project will be ready to pre-release the first land allotments in December, with lot sizes ranging from 560sqm to 1640sqm.
