Race In For Great Land At St Clair

May 2, 2011

Prime lots close to parklands and the future Village Square have just been released at St Clair offering buyers the perfect opportunity to build their dream home.

The lots form part of the Tulloch precinct, which is named after the champion racehorse and winner of the 1961 Pullman Stakes at Cheltenham Park Racecourse.

Close to parkland and a short stroll (350 metres) from the planned cafes and shops, the release of these highly prized lots has been brought forward after strong interest and sales in previous Tulloch land releases.

Each home at St Clair will enjoy easy access to 22 hectares of open space including parks, wetlands and a sports oval. All connected by a network of pedestrian and cycle paths.

A range of low maintenance Villa, Premium Villa and Courtyard lots are being offered and as an added bonus St Clair will pay the stamp duty on selected lots in this release – saving buyers $12,330. (Terms and conditions apply)

Lots start from $254,000.

The development has been designed to provide residents with an integrated, sustainable and vibrant community.

Buyers at St Clair have been attracted by the proposed new $78 million Town Centre, which will include the proposed new St Clair Railway Station, Urban Park and a Village Square with open air cafes, markets and shops.

The Town Centre is set to open in late 2012 and will also be home to a Coles’ supermarket, speciality and convenience stores.

Residents at St Clair will live no more than 800 metres from a rail service and will be able to catch a train into the city in as little as 10 minutes.

St Clair is Adelaide’s freshest new development, master planned over 64 hectares with a vibrant mix of parklands, wetlands, housing styles and retail outlets. Once complete, St Clair will include more than 1200 homes.

The 27 home display village, which features designs from 14 of Adelaide’s leading builders, is open Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, from 1pm to 5.30pm.

The St Clair Sales and Information Centre, Actil Avenue (off Torrens Road), Woodville is open every day 1pm – 5pm.  Telephone: 131 878 or website www.stclair.net.au
