One of South Australia’s largest real estate companies, Brock Real Estate, is moving into new corporate headquarters in the city.
The organisation is upgrading to new multi-storey premises at 25 Franklin Street, which have been extensively refurbished and will create a modern high-tech hub for the company’s 85 staff.
Brock Real Estate Director Michael Brock says the company is thrilled to be moving up from its Young Street premises to nearby Franklin Street.
“This move signals an exciting new phase for Brock Real Estate in South Australia and enables us to integrate the latest technology and office systems to provide an even better level of service to our residential, commercial and urban development clients,” he said.
“Our new Franklin Street base also provides us with crucial main street frontage in a booming residential and commercial pocket of Adelaide’s CBD near the GPO and Victoria Square.”
Established in 1982, Brock Real Estate has developed an outstanding reputation as SA’s property market leader and today incorporates Brock Harcourts (residential and rural property), Brock Urban Projects (urban development) and NAI Harcourts (commercial, industrial, retail and investment markets).
The company will officially commence operations from its new Franklin Street headquarters on August 1. All existing phone, facsimile and email contact details will remain the same.
