First Forestville apartments released

Leading developer Buildtec has released the first apartments at Forestville as the $250 million project gathers momentum with strong terrace home sales and the recent approval of the revised Forestville retail masterplan.
This announcement is likely to deliver significant benefits for Forestville buyers with demand for high-quality, near-city housing set to continue to increase.
The launch of the first apartments follows the success of the Forestville Terraces which are already 95 per cent sold and under construction, with the first residents expected to move into their new homes later this year.
Designed by leading Adelaide architects Studio Gram, Forestville Apartments have been thoughtfully designed to be sympathetic to the existing character of the suburb, while offering a contemporary lifestyle for future residents.
Featuring 93 spacious dwellings, interiors will include premium fixtures and fittings throughout and top-of-the-range Miele appliances. Each apartment is being sold with car parking, EV charging stations and bicycle storage are also being incorporated. It will also provide residents with secure, direct access to and from Leader Street and Maple Avenue.
A range of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments are on offer to suit a range of buyers seeking a low-maintenance lifestyle, with world class amenities on their doorstep providing their daily needs and easy access to public transport links and nearby walking and cycling paths.
A high level of accessibility will be created to provide connections to both east/west through the precinct, and north/south to the Barracks and existing residential community. Leader Street will play a key role in terms of both connectivity and access and will be activated with both retail and residential.
Current and future residents will be the lifeblood of Forestville and be regular visitors to The Agora - a vibrant retail and dining precinct with a Chapley-owned Adelaide’s Finest Supermarket, restaurants and specialty stores.
A series of complementary bustling cafes, restaurants and eateries will line the market square, adding to the buzz and excitement of the precinct.
Prices for the Forestville Apartments start at $699,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, $902,025 for a two-bedroom apartment, and $1,696,000 for a three-bedroom apartment. Construction of the Forestville Apartments is due to commence later this year.
