Two of South Australia’s most trusted names⎯National Pharmacies and Phil Hoffmann Travel––are joining forces to keep travellers healthy from the moment they leave the departure gate to their return home.
Unveiled at the 35th Phil Hoffmann Travel Expo in Adelaide, the collaboration brings together National Pharmacies’ newly launched in-pharmacy travel vaccination service and Phil Hoffmann Travel’s award winning travel planning expertise.
By combining expert health advice with tailored travel planning, the partnership ensures holidaymakers are not only prepared for their adventures but also protected against travel-related health risks — so the memories they bring home are only the good ones.
The partnership involves National Pharmacies (established 114 years ago in Adelaide) and Phil Hoffmann Travel (which opened in Glenelg in 1990) providing their membership and customer bases exclusive benefits and discounts on travel and health travel products and services.

“Our new partnership with Phil Hoffmann Travel means more people will have access to our new expert travel health service that is conveniently located in 20 of our pharmacies, with more on the way.
“Our trained pharmacists go through travellers’ destinations, planned activities, medical history, any specific health risks and then recommend the right vaccinations, medications and practical advice for good health care while on holiday.”

“Phil Hoffmann Travel is excited to partner with National Pharmacies as a fellow long standing, iconic South Australian brand, offering expertise and genuine care.
“We see this partnership as an opportunity to further support our customers’ experience, ensuring health and wellbeing are part of our service offering.”
National Pharmacies launched its Travel Health Service earlier this year following the expansion of pharmacists’ scope of practice, enabling them to provide travel vaccinations in South Australia. There are currently 20 National Pharmacies stores across metro Adelaide and regional SA providing travel vaccinations and expert health advice on travel abroad, with more expected.
Bookings can be made online and in-store.
