Victoria’s largest serviced office business expands into Adelaide
Victoria’s largest serviced office business, Asian Pacific Serviced Offices, will expand into Adelaide in July with the opening of a new site at The Watson, Walkerville.
It’s the first time Asian Pacific Serviced Offices has opened a serviced office location outside of Victoria and is the first step in a planned national expansion.
The opening of Asian Pacific Serviced Offices at The Watson will increase the number of Asian Pacific Serviced Offices to nine with Victorian sites already established in Melbourne’s CBD, St Kilda Road, Toorak, Kew, Preston and Frankston.
Asian Pacific Serviced Offices at The Watson will cater for a range of businesses from sole traders through to organisations with 20 employees.
The demand for serviced offices is growing as businesses demand greater flexibility and look to better manage costs.
Asian Pacific Serviced Offices Operations Manager Hayley Davis said the Asian Pacific Serviced Offices at The Watson will have better facilities and more flexibility than any other serviced office in Adelaide.
“The office interiors will reflect The Watson’s contemporary design and serviced office tenants will have full access to the building’s facilities which include the gym and Michael Klim designed pool and recreation deck, restaurants and building services,” said Mrs Davis.
“Asian Pacific Serviced Offices at The Watson provide a turn-key solution for businesses with all furniture, professional reception and phone answering service, office maintenance and cleaning, and utilities included in the one monthly rental fee.
“Essentially you just move in and plug in with internet and phone lines already established and the flexibility to expand within the Centre while retaining all your essential contact details.
“Moving into Asian Pacific Serviced Offices at The Watson as opposed to a traditional office will reduce business establishment costs and the time required to set up which means tenants can focus on generating income and looking after their clients from day one.
“In particular for sole traders or small businesses Asian Pacific Serviced Offices at The Watson provides them with a much more professional presence than they might otherwise be able to afford.
“The biggest advantage though is flexibility with a range of lease terms available from month to month to annual or biannual arrangements and fee for service arrangements for occasional requirements like Boardroom Hire and Secretarial Services.”
Asian Pacific Serviced Offices at The Watson forms part of the multi-purpose The Watson at Walkerville which will also incorporate residential apartments, Art Series Hotel, restaurant and retail, leisure facilities and professional services.
The serviced offices are expected to attract a range of businesses from start-ups and sole traders looking to move out of a home office to national and international firms setting up a state or project office.
Asian Pacific Serviced Offices also has the advantage of creating business opportunities for tenants through regular onsite networking and business events.
Asian Pacific Serviced Offices at The Watson will open in July with Serviced Office Displays opening in early July for prospective tenants.
