Hughes PR launches Digital Video Production Unit
Hughes Public Relations is delighted to announce the introduction of a complementary service to the consultancy’s well established digital and social communication services – Digital Video Production (DVP).
We’re also pleased to announce the appointment of Emily Whitham to head up our DVP Unit.
Emily joined us several months ago – after a long search by us – to complement the digital and social media capability we established in 2009. Behind Emily is a Journalism Degree, a stint at London’s Daily Telegraph; a background in television news reporting and production; and a family heritage in film-making, having learnt from her father Steve Whitham – a longstanding producer of quality corporate videos.
Equipped with a commercial-quality high definition digital video camera and desktop digital editing software suite, her skills have been in steady demand from existing Hughes Public Relations clients, with videos already on line for leading food producer, Beerenberg; restaurant giant McDonald's; real estate network Harcourts; and mining company WPG Resources Ltd.
The Hughes Public Relations DVP Unit is a natural extension of our digital and traditional communication service as we deliver Business and Government a complete communication solution – including on-line content as they seek to inform and engage their customers and build their brands in a more multi-dimensional information market.
It is also a direct response to a fast-growing demand for content from on-line news sites and specialist bloggers.
Our production capability includes video news releases, on-line promotional videos, investor presentations and internal corporate and training communication. The service is available to existing clients and any other organisations seeking quality, cost effective video production.
Learn more about the importance of online videos through Emily's video blog or contact Emily to discuss digital video production.
