New CFO to support EQUANS growth

EQUANS Australia & New Zealand has appointed Tony Ursini to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Mr Ursini is an experienced leader in facilities management, technical services and energy solutions.
Mr Ursini has spent the past 13 years working with City FM in both Australia and the US, and most recently as CFO and Company Secretary North America.
As a Certified Practising Accountant and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Mr Ursini began his career in accounting, including spending a decade with Coles. This has allowed him to balance strategy and operations, including having a thorough understanding of the facilities management industry.
Mr Urisini said: “Knowing about the long-standing success of the companies that were brought together under the EQUANS banner, I am excited to join this new and re-focused company. I am looking forward to applying my experience in FM to deliver on EQUANS’ growth ambitions, to become the leader in technical services in ANZ.”
EQUANS ANZ CEO Patrick Guédel welcomed Mr Ursini, who has returned to Australia from Florida for the role. “Tony’s leadership and transformation experience in challenging, fast-paced markets such as facilities management and retail, across countries, will be a great asset to our business and our finance function,” Mr Guédel said.
“His experience will support our continued transformation into a robust, growth-focused and commercially savvy business.”
